Why have emails from my bank stopped coming? They are there online when I log into my account at bank? |
I have phoned the bank customer service. It was suggested that I stop the bank email and then sign up again. I still don't get the email alerts. Your ISP could be flagging the emails as spam for some reason. Or, if you ever report emails as spam and block them, you might have accidentally selected one from your bank. Check any bulk email or trash folders to see if they are automatically going into them. If your email has a list of blocked senders check that your bank isn't listed there. If your email has a whitelist, which is a list of senders that should always be let through, put your bank's sending email address there - you'll probably have to ask the bank what it is. If all those fail, and you have a phone number that you can contact your isp or email provider, call them and ask if they are blocking email from your bank. |
