Does anyone here gamble online. If so, have your transactions been blocked by the banks recently? |
I believe the government has imposed some new restrictions on banks debit cards. Before banks were enforcing credit cards. The bill to impose restrictions on Americans regarding offshore gambling sites has been pushed back cause of non consensus by our House and Senate. So, during the mean time, our politicians are sceaming ways to tax foreign corporations running these operations. The windfall will be astonishing. Americans can't get enough on gambling. But this will give our government a way to pry into our personal transactions. The platform is already set with the tapping of phone lines and internet services from bills produced with Homeland. The real issue should be legitamate local US operated Casino Sports Books. They are waiting in the realms for this legislation to pass and taxation is in place. These operations will have a foot in the door after seeing the illegal operations shut down and billions of dollars available for the taking. We as Americans will we benefit? Yes, that's why I use e-check & Neteller. It's just one of the many ploys that the government is attempting in order to control online wagering. There is NO federal law that restricts US citizens from online gambling!! The only law that currently exsists is the 1963 wire act that prevents you from placing a wager via the telephone.
