My bank recently did some upgrades to the internet banking and since than I have not been able to log on to my account. I have called my bank and they are sorry but they dont know whats wrong...they say it must be something with my computer...do you know what the problem is and how to fix it?
If you have a firewalll, disable the ad-blocking feature on it. Also disable any pop-up blocker. If you have Yahoo toolbar or google toolbar disable it.
Online banking sites need to allow popups and cookies so it can load the site properly and identify you. |
