my house is getting ready to be condemmed i found a better house for my husband and my kids but need help with the down payment but my credit sucks im trying to improve it but i only have limited income please only serious aquires i dont have to long before these house is condemmed bast on the limited information your best option would be to rent not by and put hubby to work and save all he makes and use it for a down payment!!!
