I'm looking for a 6600 personal loan to pay off credit cards. I have a 580-600 credit score. Any suggestions?

I'm in a situation slight better than yours, and my outlook is bleak.. good luck to you. Also, do NOT use cashcall unless you absolutely need to. they will charge you a ridiculous interest rate - something around 90%. you'll only be putting yourself into an endless cycle of debt.
