Is a property owner's home insurance liable for minor child's medical bills as a result of accident?

bicycle accident on another's property resulting in injury and surgery

If the cause of the injury is a result of the negligence of the home owner, then you might have a claim. You would make a claim to the home owner's insurance or, in the alternative, you'd file a lawsuit against the homeowner.

However, if the home owner is not liable for the child's injuries, the insurance carrier will simply deny your claim. It depends on the circumstances surrounding what caused the accident.

I would ask a personal injury attorney if your case has merit.
That depends on the reason for the accident. By the way, the insurance company is NOT liable, the home owner might be however.
the home owner is most likely to be liable at all times, it also depends how much injury the minor suffered. it there was some kind of neglect by the party, then u have a case as others have mentioned before!!
