Insurance claim on rental property, bank holding cash, how do i get my money?


bank wants inspections, before releasing cash

Get the inspection done.
It's a terrible process to go thru. The bank wants you to fix the damage but you need to money in order to fix it. If you have had it fixed call the bank and tell them to do the inspection and then they will release the money.
Agree to the inspections!! Have the work done!!
