If the property is secure (good quality window and door locks) they will even provide cover for theft and malicious damage (most Insurance for empty properties will only provide for following fire, lightning or explosion only! - be sure of what you are getting). Lloyds of London does that, but it's the most expensive place I know of for vacant properties.
