I filed a false claim that someone had stolen some of my property but when it came time to do the oath i got scared and backed out. Can they do anything to me if they knew? By the way this happened 21 months ago. Falsification of documents was the crime you committed in filing for insurance claims. However, since you withdrew the said documents, you did not consummate the crime. I hope you go to jail. haha STUPID,STUPID,STUPID!!!!!!!!!!... Well, it is illegal...duh. Yes, you can still get into trouble, it doesn't matter how long ago it happened....you still did it. Can you? Sure you can, where are you? What is your address? What insurance company? Just kidding, don't worry about it. You bad bad girl. Yes, you can. Its called Insurance fraud. I would think youre in the clear if they havent come after you yet but thats just not so. Insurance companies work slow and the statute of limitations is when you are really clear. |
