I have a credit rating of 670. is that good enough of a score to get an sba loan for over a million dollars?

i want to purchase a hotel, and i have the down payement of 10 percent. is my credit scor of 670 good enough for an amount that big. or am i just wasting my time. also does the sba look at my personal credit report to determine wheather i recieve a loan

That is average and at the end of the day it depends on the bank. I had a 730 and was denied a best buy card. LOL Go figure!
are you planning on reopening the hotel? i'm guessing that you know that sba=small business administration. that is why i asked about reopening the hotel. where did you get the 10percent from. you didn't rob anybody did you?
