Other than the sba, how would a hispanic female secure a 25,000.00 small business loan?

I fail to see how being "Hispanic" should influence you borrowing ability. Unless you use one of the SBA's Minority assistance loans or start the business in a redevelopment/enterpise zone, you're gonna have to come up with some equity somewhere.

I used "SSA" get my business loan even with a bad credit score.Their rates are very low and their service is legitimate.Check it out here:
