Does anyone know about securing real estate loans for properties abroad, particularly in emerging markets? I haven't heard of any bank or mortgage company that does overseas loans. You may want to consider hard money lenders. % rates are much higher because of the higher risk factor, it's often the option you choose over no loan at all! I've seen certain international developers offer loans themselves. |
