Can I collect money in Wage Replacement Program and State Unemployment Insurance at the same time?


My company just declared RIF (reduction in force), the HR said we cannot "double dip" as stated above. Is that true? If not, please give me good resources about this.

It is true, double dipping is not only unethical, but illegal.
