What do you have to do to, and where can you go to become state farm certified for insurance adjusting? You simply need to contact the State Farm personnel office in your city and express your interest to them. If they are hiring adjusters they will ask for an application to be filled out and make an interview appointment. If you pass the interview you will be asked to interview with the manager that has the opening. If the manager wants to hire you for his unit he will have personnel extend you an offer. Once hired you will be given all of the training necessary to work as an adjuster. I was an adjuster for 4 years, and agency specialist for 4 years and have now been an agent for 6 years.
