If I get a drivers licence in another state, will my new insurance company know my past tickets and accedents? |
I am currently living in NY. I will be moving to PA. When I move and get a new licence, when I get a new insurance company, will the new company know of my accedents and tickets from NY? If they don't right away, I'm sure they will eventually.sorry but yea they follow you where-ever you go, but after 4years they will come off your record, depends on the insurance co. how long they keep them on Yes. the Actuary Tables and Records kept by DMV,Insurance Companies, Federal,State,County,(Parish) and City are there for life. yes they will. you can run but you can not hide Yes. Time to clean up your act. When you get your license and turn in your old one (or even if you claim you don't have one and start over) they will know about your former license and past tickets and accidents quite quickly. If you didn't tell them about your NY license, they may just revoke your PA one, so don't try it. |
