My parents are devoriced and i need to know if i have to be insured under a certian one. do i have to be insured under the parent i live with or who ever i want? (in Ohio)
It depends on company policy, but you may be able to be under either. I was under my dad's insurance for some time after my parents were divorced and I did not live with him. I would imagine in order for you to be on the parent's account that you do not live with they would have to be able to show that you are part of their household at least some of the time.
Why don't you ask the insurance company ;-)?
