it has been 10 or over years ago since the accident. can it be possible that another state can suspend your license while you are in another state Many states now have reciprocal agreements on enforcing licensing violations and traffic violations.So, if your home state doesn't nail you, some other state might. There is no free lunch anymore anywhere.It happens all the time. The states have agreements with each other to enforce each others suspensions. My cousin got pulled over for a DUI in New York. He refused a sobriety test. He was visiting from Texas. New York suspended his driving in the state for a year. New York notified Texas and they took his license for a year. yep Yes, it is, a lot of states now share information, specially bordering states. I know of a couple people who have gotten tickets in North Dakota, not paid them and had the license suspended in Minnesota. check with the motor vehicle division. if you are suspended-find out why. |
