Does anyone know if CDPHP insurance covers lapband surgery ? i live in NY does it matter what state u live in? |
i need to find out if anyone who has had lap band surgery or who knows ,who lives in NY, or if it doesnt matter by state ..if CDPHP insurance covers the lap band surgery id really appreciate it thanx ...... I had gastric bypass surgery in April 2005. I started out at 268, now I鈥檓 180 and holding, after 1 year and 7 months.
