Source(s): ao--phx18 I'm not sure about there ,but usually all states have the same law and here in Tennessee its 3 years on the state,and the insurance company will hold it on your record for 5 years in most cases,you can check you state ,just type in your state .gov.com,and it should take you to it,good luck,i hope this help,s. been a certified mechanic for 36 yrs. |
