In NY, what law states vehicle insurance co. can't force you to get work done where they want you to go.? |
The insurance company covering a fence painter who's overspray paint went onto my vehicles is trying to force me to get the repair work done at a collision shop of their choice. I am sticking to my guns I know there is a NY state law says I can take it wherever I want to go to have the work done. I need more info on this law.
