What are the states that offer the best insurance premiums ?

What are the states that have the best insurance premiums for auto and homeowner's premiums for someone who is a LOW risk and have a very good history? Honest answers plz.

It's actually not by state as it is by where you live within the state. For example, car insurance rates are a lot higher in Los Angeles, California then they are in Redding California. That's because more cars get stolen in LA. There are more wrecks in LA (all you have to do is look at the freeways there - it's a wonder anyone ever gets anywhere).

Same goes for homeowners insurance. If you live in an area that has a high burglary rate, the premiums in that area, no matter what state it is, are going to be higher then a sleepy town where everyone leave their doors unlocked because nothing ever happens there anyway.

Keep in mind though, New Jersey is rated worst but if you live on a farm in the countryside of New Jersey, you're going to pay a lot less than someone that lives in Trenton. States have nothing to do with it.
You have to compare insurance companies. Some companies will offer a HUGE discount if you get all your insurance through them.
I use American Family Insurance, and have great experiences with them. However, they are NOT available in all states--google them to find out if your state has it.
But you also have to have great credit. Honestly, avoid the northeast, which is litigation friendly, the whole coastal area, to avoid storms, the entire west coast, to avoid the fire bit along with the earthquake hazard, the great plains, again with the fire hazard, and rural areas that have poor protection systems; the entire gulf coast area, but that goes without saying.
