Is there a health insurance plan for individual that gives coverage in multiple states? (NY & CA)?


I need to get an insurance plan. I spend half my time in California, and the other half in New York.

I don't know about those states but my suggestion would be to look at getting a PPO plan that has networks in both states. Also, if you get a PPO plan then it should have out-of-network benefits. You'll just pay higher out of pocket for out-of-network benefits.
