If you really would like an answer to this question, I'd check with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners at their website: naic.org. If you contact them, they can likely give you a quick answer. If you want to research it yourself, check with the individual departments of insurance within each state. They can tell you which companies are licensed to operate within their state. The easiest way to navigate from one department of insurance to another is also found on the NAIC site: www.naic.org/state_web_map.htm OH, hundreds of thousands, I'm sure! Alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
