If my liscence was suspended for having a car with no insurance can i take out a liscence in another state ? |
im from nyc and i have family in florida and in PA can i get a liscence in any of those states ? No, suspended in one state, is suspension in all states. All states share info, if your license was suspended just for no proof of insurance, you just need to provide the court proof of insurance, pay your fine and you will be reinstated. At that point, you could get a license in Florida or wherever. You can try, but it will catch up to you. The DMV computers are kinda linked. It takes them a while. I had 2 licenses from different states and the caught on after a year or so, so I had to turn one in. your getting risky here. if you contact a insurance company and buy a policy then have an s.r.22 sent to motor vehicles from them you have a chance of the suspension lifted after your time is up. don't get caught driving with out it again a dealer in ca. Absolutely NOT. |
