Is there any kind of program that helps diabetic students with no insurance get supplies in Burbank Ca?

I need help because Im going to be a full time student. Im leaving my job with insurance in Wisconsin How am I going to be able to take care of my diabetic needs with no insurance????

You can try any or all of the following:

1. Get a part-time job to help with expenses;
2. Go to the drug company's website and research their patient assistance programs---you might qualify;
3. Visit your local free clinic and ask about any programs that can help.
4. Check with your local chapter of the American Diabetes Association. I'm sure they can refer you.

If you are a full time university student there will be a free health service otherwise contact the nearest medical school as they usually have 'free' or at least 'pay based upon income' clinics. You should also call the County Health Department as they are required to provide or to provide information regarding indigent (those without financial means) care. Are you certain you will be able to take the sun given your recent snow exposure?
