Can c.s.a take child tax credit in to account? |
Can c.s.a take child tax credit in to account? Take it into account in what way? As far as i am aware, only the parent with care can claim child tax credit. My partner used to claim it but back in 2003 it was taken off him because it was to got to his ex. The CSA should have been abolished a long time ago, it is an unfair unjust government agency that has done more harm than it has ever done good. It's despicable! I thought the CSA was finished now if not it should be.It caused me and thousands of others lots of financial hardship. no the tax credits go on your yearlly payments and they go to the parent who the child lives with. All that is counted in it is overtime at work. If you recieve csa payments its from an absent parent and is totally seperate and is not counted in your tax credit payment it is based on what they [ex partner] earn a year. familly allowance is also not counted im in reciept of child tax and working tax and the csa dont take it in to account neither does the tax office (working/child tax) if you are not working then they would im afraid hope this helps |
