I'm in nys and received my federal 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my state and can't figure out how long it's supposed to take. Wondering if something went wrong.
In Maryland it takes about 10 days if you file electronically and have your refund automatically deposited into your account. In our (Maryland) tax information book, it provides a number you can call to get the status of your refund. You just get a computer and have to enter your SSN and amount of refund, then you get a recorded message providing the status of your return.
