What is this deposit in my account from TCS treas? It's not the amount of my tax refund...?

Call your bank and see if they can give you more information. They should definitely be able to tell you if it's marked as a refund, as it should have a code indicating the purpose.
Your tax return refund may have been re-computed by the taxing authority and you received the refund and will receive a statement in the mail at a later date.

If the difference is significant to you, do not let it go without checking it out.
