Do I need to file a tax return if I sold some of my old stuffs on ebay this year by using my seller account?

what if just sold $200 no in the same state? Thanks

Is this your only source of income? If it is, then you don't need to file, but you could if you wanted to. You wouldn't owe any tax. If you have to file a tax return anyway, because of your "day job", then you need to report these sales as income. You can offset the income by claiming deductions for your cost of the items sold.
There is probably a minimum amount per state.
You should check that out... but that is a really low amount.
I myself would not file it.
