*Loan,banking and credit>>>tax bracket

I have no taxable income & do not file a tax return. If I sell Stock would I fall into the 5% tax bracket?

It would be long term capital gains. Also would I have to file a regular return or just for capital gains. Is it possible to pay the taxes at selling.

depends on how much you sell 1.00-10000000 dollars +
