The tax calculations are so complicated and it is difficult to program it in excell. The Income Tax department is having two types of calculators in their web site. The first one is just a simple calculator. I am giving you the link for it. This tax calculator is located on the right hand side (2nd from right top) in the screen. The link is given below. It is a returns preparation software which calculates the income and prepares returns. It is also supported by taxmenn.com. The link given below.
