Please i need your help about tax credit?

my partner and i have just started our own business. we have a limited company, we are both working. since we have just started we are still trading on a loss. how do we provide income details for tax credit. we are really finding it difficult and i'm sure we should be entitled to tax credit. if you've been in this situation please help.

Phone the helpline on 0845 300 3900 and ask for Working Sheet TC825... It explains it clearly... :) Source(s): HMRC Officer
all info is on tax credit website
To claim as self employed you have to give an estimation of your earnings for the year, then next tax year when you declare your true earnings they will make the adjustments so will end up with either an over or under payment
please email me for a more direct response, its very complicated, and i need to know if you already claim or not, before i could answer any question
