Should we cut taxes for the middle and lower class, while simultaneously raising taxes for the upper class.?

It would be nice if the wealthy would give back the the country that allowed for them to succeed, but since all they can think about is protecting their wealth we have to tax them to get them to do what they should be doing already. Its really sad that so many is this world are so greedy and selfish.

Everybody pays too much, because out rulers spend and give away too much... and we let them.

it will cost the middle and mainly the lower class jobs, especially since we had a minimum wage hike. think about it. the rich don't stay rich by absorbing losses.
