Do Wiccan & Pagan establishments (churches) have the same tax exempt status....?

...as the main stream religions do?

if they have more than five practicing members, a weekly meeting and the proper government form they can claim tax exempt status...
There are no Wiccan or Pagan churchs so no.
I belive they can if they file for it but they dont file for it...
The ones I know of do. As long as you show proof that what you are doing is establishing a church for a legally recognized religion it's fairly easy to get tax-exempt status from the IRS.
i really don't know
