My wife immigrant since 1985. Not filed taxes as homemaker till 1990.Applying for citizenship. What to do?

Have your and your spouse's taxes been in order since 1990? If so, do nothing unless you are asked to file the missing years.
Go see an accountant today. (or a tax attorney)

A good one will pay for themselves with the money they save you. And even if they don't the peace of mind of KNOWING you got it right is worth it! Trust me, I know.
Personal experience.
If she has had income she should have been filing taxes. If you are legally married you could have been filing a joint return if only you had income. Not having filed tax returns will likely prove to be a problem in her attempt to get citizenship.
