Have you read the fair tax book and what do you think of the plan? |
Try to answer only if you have read the book I find people who havent read the book are blindly against it I visited the fair tax site - http://www.fairtax.org/site/pageserver... and it looks like a good plan to me. My question is --Wouldn't it hurt large families because they would lose the tax deduction for their children and they have more expenses than small families? Some of the GOP presidential candidates are for it. Source(s): Fred Thompson Embraces 'Fair Tax' Written by Susan Jones, CNSNews.com Senior Editor http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2007/... I haven't read the book but I do listen to the Neil Bortz radio show, and I like the Fair Tax. Less taxes for everyone doesn't add up, especially now Americans are mortgaged to the hilt, up to their necks in debt, from Bush's warmongering There is no such thing as a "fair" tax. All taxes are unfair. I personally prefer a universal sales tax. I am in favor of a national sales tax or an across the board %10 tax. I am a single male and the feds take almost half of my pay every month in taxes. |
