What are the issues government is striving to solve by income tax reforms? Getting more people to pay taxes,eliminate shady tax deductions,but basically its just to get more money into the coffers. There are some things that do need to be changed so that everyone is on the same level at tax time.Unfortunatly,the people at the minimun wage level get cheated because they can't afford health insurance to help pay medical bills. To claim medical expenses,the IRS says they have to exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross income,so most people don't itemize their tax returns because they can't meet the medical requirement. Some people have 2 or more homes and claim the mortgage interest on them,people with 1 home can claim the interest on their home too. If all homeowners are kept to claiming the interest on their primary residence,then the people with more than 1 home will have to pay more taxes. Nothing...............everythi... in papers is useless as long as committment is missing..............go to any sales tax ,incoe tax or eise office ,they don't mmove your file till you grease their pals.......it is just like bossisms of these people.So reforms or no reforms ...........it will be all same SORRY MY KEYBORAD IS NOT WORKING I think the politicians are just trying to decrease the taxes on their rich friends and increase taxes on the poor. |
