Need help with Japanese regarding tax refund?


Please help me view this site www.pokemon.co.jp and tell me if there's anything about tax refund if i were to buy thier electronics items cos i saw some Chinese characters which means tax but i dunno what they referring to. To be precise the items i am intending to buy is the Nintendo DS Lite X 2units. Its quite costly to me so i wanted to find out the best deal around. Appreciate any reply, thanks in advance.

I have seen that site.I think that you saw these Chinese characters "绋庤炯".It means that including tax,not tax refund.

That just means "tax included".
You cannot get a tax refund from something bought over the internet. If you are visiting Japan on a tourist visa, you can shop for electronics at duty free stores where you will receive a tax refund. You must have your passport with you at the time of purchase and present your tourist visa (to prevent foreign residents from abusing the system), and the store must be a duty-free store. Mostly they are in Akihabara, but you will also find them scattered around other parts of Tokyo.
