Why are you not able to get them?
Got a copy of last paystub? If so use that. If not, keep trying with employer for copy of W-2's.
Contact IRS. Tell them that your former employer will not give you your W2's. They will then take action.
Call the IRS about why you can't get them. If a former emploiyer just hasn't bothered to provide you with one, then the IRS will contact them and light a fire under them to do what they're required to do.
Ask the IRS to see what they have on file and they will give that info to you. If you're past employer did not issue W-2's then you need to discuss that with them as well. 1-800-829-1040
