When you reduce taxes it stimulates the economy by giving the consumer more $ to spend on goods and services this in turn increases demand for those same goods and services. The providers of goods and services add employees to meet demand. Those new employees now pay taxes and they also spend more on goods and services so it has a multiplier effect. |
