Are there any software packages for Canadian corporate taxes? |
My company is in its early stages and I would like to do my own corporate taxes. I live in Canada, is there any software I can use to create my tax return for my incorporated company? http://www.quicktax.intuit.ca/en/product... QuickTax has an incorporated business package for $100. QuickTax is an Intuit product, and Intuit is the provider of Profile professional tax software, which is a dominant professional package in Canada. So one would assume the Quicktax version of the product should be pretty good. However, at $100 for the package, plus your time, you might be better off calling a couple of accountants to see how much they would charge you for just doing the corporate returns. Generally if all you want is the return, for a simple business, it can be done for as low as $200. Plus then the hope is as your business grows they keep you as a client.
