Can i sell my house if i owe last years taxes? |
I am currently behind on my mortage payments and owe last years taxes and the only way i can fix it is if i sell my home or just let it go which i would hate to lose it. I would much rather try to sell it but i don't know how to go about it..What do you suggest??? Hi, They will take the taxes out of any proceeds that you get at the closing when you sell your house.
