How difficult would it be to get travel insurance for a person who had a heart attack and still smokes?

Very! Most insurance companies charge double for smokers who put them selves at risk by smoking after having a hear attack. If you travel by plane this could make it even harder on you because as you experience different levels of height your ability to breath will change making it harder to afford the insurance.
